By 1933 the Nazi Party was the largest elected party in the German Reichstag, but it did not have a majority and neither party was able to form a majority parliamentary party to support the Chancellor's candidate. This led to the persuasion of President Paul von Hindenberg to appoint Hitler Chancellor on January 30, 1933, led by former Chancellor Franz von Papen and other conservative leaders. Shortly afterwards, Reichstag passed the Activation Act of 1933, which gave the Republic of Weir a single dictatorship based on Nazi Germany, the totalitarian and authoritarian ideology of national socialism. Hitler's goal was to expel the Jews from Germany and to establish a new order under the British and French domination of the First World War, an injustice to international human rights.

By the end of 1941, most of Europe and North Africa were occupied by European powers and European Axis powers. In December 1941, he officially declared war on the United States, bringing them into direct conflict. The failure to defeat the Soviets and the war forced Germany to enter the United States on defense and it suffered a series of increasing defeats. In the final days of the war during the Berlin War in 1945, he married his longtime lover Eve Brown. Less than two weeks later, on April 30, 1945, two suicide bombers committed suicide to capture the Soviet Red Army and their bodies.
